We recently bought a new home and loved the previous owners rugs. Abbey was able to help us duplicate their look! They were super helpful in all aspects. From measuring to meet our needs, helping us select the perfect area rugs and custom runner! The installation crew was also awesome in working with us to insure we got exactly what we wanted. They followed up to make sure we were happy with the products and really made our new home look beautiful! We will definitely go to them with any future flooring needs!

Abbey Flooring really came through for us! We are selling our home and have a very tight deadline to get it ready to put on the market. I had gotten another quote for from a ‘Big Box’ store that was overpriced, unreliable and would make an effort to work this our time frame. So on whim I remember shopping around years ago for flooring at Abbey Flooring a call right away. Chris arrive the next day with carpet samples, measured and a quoted all in 15 minutes. He call to check the stock and said it would be in a few days… and it was! He sent his guys out a day later for installation! Which whom were, on-time, well mannered and efficient! Carpets look great and it’s DONE.. right on time! Only regret is that I didn’t think about Abbey Flooring for our hard wood floors and installation which has been complete nightmare! Thanks Chris!

I would recommend AB Carpet to anyone looking for flooring! The guys came in, moved my furniture, ripped up the old carpet and installed the new carpet in a matter of hours! They also carpeted 2 sets of stairs! Clean, neat, polite, careful…I could go on and on! I will never go to a big box store again for flooring!

Thank you Pete – you made our Christmas wish come true!! We had a leak and our flooring was destroyed only two weeks before Christmas. I called Pete and he was in my home within an hour and had an estimate to remove old flooring and replace my floor in my hand a couple of hours later. His crew came just days later and the job was completed in under 1 day! All during the holiday season and it looks amazing!! We love it! What a fantastic company with a wonderful staff. I am actually the daughter of the customers. I am slightly protective of them, so when my mom was home alone when the carpet removal and installation was going to be done, I was a little concerned. There was a lot of work entailed in the entire project. The 2 gentlemen arrived a little before 10:00 and didn’t leave until almost 8:00 pm. Not only were they hard workers, and very polite, the care they took with the furniture they had to move was unbelievable. They came in and explained how everything was going to be done, and answered any and all questions my mom had. When the installation was completed and they were cleaning up, both the gentlemen even took their shoes off and put little booties on their feet, just to keep the carpet looking new. Extremely impressed with not only the quality of carpet, but the customer service was outstanding. If you looking for a good company that still has employees that care about their job and customer satisfaction, than this is the company to use. My parents and I will definitely be recommending them to others. I wish I knew the names of the two guys, because I would like to personally say thank you for doing such a great job for my parents.

Wow what an amazing store! We just redid all the carpeting in our house at CC. The designer was extremely helpful and really knowledgeable. The job was done extremely professional we couldn’t ask for more.was definitely worth the hour drive. Kudos to the amazing Capet Connection Team!!

Terrific service and installation. Replaced carpeting with engineered hardwoods. Crew worked quickly and took time with cleanup. Replaced carpeting in main room was also well done. Highly recommend. Owner Buddy was friendly.

I had plank flooring installed in my home the crew that came to do it was fabulous! Extremely courteous very professional and did an excellent job!! Would definitely use them again. I highly recommend Carpets To Go- we just had a huge installation of carpet going up our large winding staircase, upstairs landing and 4 bedrooms. From the shopping and choice making experience, to the measurement and lastly the installation, every employee we dealt with was knowledgeable and professional. The best customer service! Great prices and variety of carpets! Jason was very knowledgeable and worked with us to find best carpet runner for our stairs. One day to install two staircases and everything was cleaned up as work was done. Zero mess! I was called the next day to see if I was satisfied. I will definitely be ordering again Thank you Jason!

We have an older shore home that was in need of new flooring. The existing flooring was up to 3 inches out of level and the new flooring was to span three different interconnected rooms. From helping us choose materials, removing existing flooring, installing new level sub-flooring and ultimately getting our floors dead flat, Nathan and his crew were exceptional. Nathan even spent time on little things like perfectly placing area carpets back in place (and more perfectly placed than when they started). My wife and I were not sure which carpet and laminate we wanted when redoing our home. We were helped by Tony on our first trip and Gennaro (the owner) on our second trip. They let us take laminate samples home, which was very important. Their installation team showed up first thing in the morning on the scheduled day of install and did an absolutely terrific job. A+ will be using again. Thanks guys!
